HapniTuk was born from a simple question: why should the small family café on the corner have to pay thousands of leva for digitalization?
We are a small but passionate team of developers and people who love hospitality. We built a platform that makes digital QR menus accessible to everyone — from the street café to the hotel restaurant — without technical skills or hidden fees.
Every menu update, every scanned QR table sign and every sheet of paper saved is a small step toward a more modern, cleaner and more connected hospitality industry in Bulgaria.

Where we Started
The beginning
It all started in our family restaurant in Ruse. We wanted to make our work and customer service easier, and that is how the first concept for a digital system was born.
The first team
We assembled a small team of three developers and began building the first version of the system specifically for our restaurant's needs.
From idea to SaaS
We saw that our solution could help other venues, not just ours. That is how the project began evolving into a SaaS platform.
Official launch
We officially launched the platform. What began as a family idea in Ruse became a product serving real businesses.
